Foreign Service employees of USAID, FCS, USDA-FAS and APHIS, IBB and Peace Corps should use the resources and forms available on this site to apply for retirement. Please consult your agency HR office for personal retirement counseling.

All retiring employees of State Department (CS and FS) should use EBIS to apply for retirement [go to HR Portal on Open Net; click on EBIS on the left side of the screen]. If you have questions about EBIS, please e-mail: HRSC@state.gov

Death of an annuitant or spouse

For CS Annuitants

Civil Service annuitants are supported by the Office of Personnel Management, OPM. .
